5 steps to setting your communication plan on FIRE!
Steps 3 & 4: Pinpoint needs. Determine roles & responsibilities.
After your message has been refined for your target audience and you’ve designed a gorgeous layout that will please the masses, it’s time to manifest the theoretical into reality.
Very simple next questions: What do we need to accomplish this? In other words, who will do what and in what time frame?

Who will manage the technical side?

I usually make a chronological and prioritized list of duties under each of the task headings above. Map out the job description, delivery, publication method as well as the deadline. For example, to map out a 6-week thematic run of social media posts, you want to chart the weekly message and the channel. You also want a solid commitment from whoever will do the content creation, source the images and do the actual posting.
